I would disagree with you on that suggestion, Luke. Garrison was crossing lines LONG before he was 65. Plus, many folks can’t afford to retire at that age. Plus, I know many people at 70 who work longer and better than some at 30. Wouldn’t mind if we had proficiency tests, though.
